Hot/Cold ankle pad with innovative Spherapy® technology. The gel microspheres allow the pad to remain less rigid after freezing, making it easier to adapt to the application area. The velvet side provides comfortable contact with the skin, reducing the risk of burns.

Microwave heating instructions:

• Heating time (from room temperature): 30 seconds.
• Additional heating time: 10 seconds if more heat is required.
• Microwave power 1000 W:
• Heating time (from room temperature): 20 seconds.
• Additional heating time: 5 seconds if more heat is required.
