It keeps cold for about 6-8 hours, which is enough. I don't drink hot drinks, so I haven't tried that. It's made of steel on the inside, it doesn't leak at all and it doesn't sweat around it like plastic bottles do. I haven't noticed any oxidation inside the bottle. It really is 800 ml, not less. The first time I took it with me to the gym, I thought it might be less, but then I measured it and it really is 800; I was just drinking a lot of water and it seemed that way. On the downside, generally it is very expensive for what it offers, but in general all bottles of this type are expensive for some reason (I bought it for around 15 euros from my previous job because I worked there, I didn't buy it from here). I haven't managed to fit any ice cube inside because the mouth is narrow. Maybe if someone has smaller ice cubes, they might fit. It needs cleaning fairly often after 3-5 days and it can also smell a bit, like all bottles after quite a bit of use. Overall, it's a good product, I would buy it again, I don't worry at all

I didn’t give it 5 stars because, quite simply, it DOESN’T have the capacity they advertise — I bought TWO, one 500 ml and one 800 ml. The 500 ml one did not fill the ENTIRE small plastic water bottle (500 ml); a little was left out (and you’d drink it so it wouldn’t get warm) — so I’d “cut” it at around 450 ml... The same with the 800 ml one: you could fill one small bottle and, THEORETICALLY, 2/3 of a second small one, but it barely fit 2/5 of the second plastic bottle — so I’d “cut” it at 700 ml, maybe even less.
As for COOLING... it’s PERFECT, it keeps the temperature perfectly for many hours, from morning until evening (midnight).
Simply... WHEN THEY ADVERTISE “that much capacity”... it should have THAT much capacity! I mean, if you get either the 500 ml or the 800 ml one, you DEFINITELY need to get two such thermoses, because one “won’t do,” you’ll have drunk the water in just a few times you open the thermos!

Απλά... ΟΤΑΝ ΔΙΑΦΗΜΙΖΟΥΝ "τόσο χωρητικότητα"... να είναι ΤΟΣΗ η χωρητικότητα! Δηλαδή, αν πάρετε είτε το 500άρι είτε το 800άρι, ΘΕΛΕΤΕ ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ να πάρετε ΔΥΟ τέτοια θερμός, το ένα "δεν φτουράει", θα 'χετε πιει το νερό σε μερικές φορές που θα ανοίξετε το θερμός!
