Applications

• Repair of deteriorated concrete structures on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Restoration of deteriorated concrete covering the reinforcement bars.
• Repair of deteriorated concrete surfaces and beams, as well as balconies damaged due to reinforcement corrosion.
• Smoothing imperfections such as voids, construction joints, holes from formwork supports, protruding reinforcement bars.
• Filling rigid joints.
• Construction of surfaces subjected to intense friction (ramps, commercial flooring).

Consumption

Approximately 18-19 kg/m² for a 1cm thick layer.

Properties

• Very high mechanical compressive and flexural strength.
• Elasticity modulus similar to that of high-performance concrete.
• Increased water tightness.
• Excellent adhesion to concrete, provided it is saturated with water before application, as well as to reinforcement when prepared with the anti-corrosion protection mortar - adhesion enhancer RP 4020.
• Excellent workability with strong thixotropy, suitable for applications up to 50mm thickness.
• Advanced shrinkage-compensated formulation.
• High resistance to abrasion.
• Produced and tested according to the European standard EN 1504-3.
• Classified as a cementitious mortar for structural repair of concrete constructions of class CC R4 according to European standard EN 1504-3.
