The PELC-PT435.48.230 is a DC voltage monitor designed for 48VDC battery string supervision. It is powered by a 230VAC mains supply and offers two selectable operating modes by the installer: as a battery charging controller or as a protection monitor against complete discharge.

In both functions, two voltage limits — upper and lower — define when the output relay turns on or off. In Mode A, the relay activates when the battery voltage falls below the lower limit (battery charging) and deactivates when it rises above the upper limit (battery fully charged). In Mode B, the relay activates when the voltage rises above the upper limit (battery charged) and deactivates when it falls below the lower limit (battery discharged).
