The adjustable Sipo car headrest with memory foam supports the head and helps prevent it from tilting sideways while sleeping during a journey. The cushions conform to the shape of the head, while the width and height can be adjusted for different users, including children and adults.

The side cushions rotate 180° and fold away when not in use. It attaches to the metal rods of a removable car headrest and is intended for passengers, not for the driver’s seat. It does not replace a child car seat or seat belt.
