Compared to a previous Hoffrichter device, this one is almost completely silent and much easier to get used to. It automatically adjusts pressure, and you can see on the screen every day how the night went in terms of apneas, both daily and in summary. The device is relatively light, and the carrying case is convenient for travel. Ideally, you should turn it off when you are not using it, because on a TAPO plug that I have it connected to, it seems to consume quite a bit of power in standby. As for the humidifier, I have nothing to say about it; I bought it, used it, did not see any improvement in my experience, and removed it.
