The Orico XCR Laptop Docking Station connects to a laptop via USB-C and provides ports for peripherals, displays, memory cards, headphones, and wired networking. Its two HDMI 2.0 ports and DisplayPort 1.4 support resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz. Multiple displays can be used in mirroring or extended mode on Windows and macOS. The USB-C PD port supports up to 100 W of power delivery for a compatible laptop.

The housing is made of an aluminum alloy and ABS. The USB 3.1 ports and SD and microSD card readers support data transfer, while the RJ45 port provides a wired Gigabit Ethernet connection.
