  • 256 XMX AI engines
  • 32 dedicated ray-tracing units
  • 32 GB GDDR6 on a 256-bit bus (19 Gbps, ~608 GB/s)

The passive cooling solution uses a vapor chamber and a full metal shroud/backplate for silent operation in workstation and AI inference environments. Outputs include 4x DisplayPort 2.1. Total power consumption is ~275 W (Intel reference ~230 W). It supports ECC memory, ISV/pro drivers for Windows and Linux, AV1/H.265/H.264 hardware encoding, and multi-GPU scaling support, making it suitable for AI, content creation, and visualization.
