Herbs: Horse Chestnut Fruit (Verbascum flos), cut and dried - 1 kg. Packaged in a sealed DoyPack container.

Preparation method: Grind before infusion. Boil water in a pot (500 ml), add 2 tablespoons of the dried herb. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes. Strain. USED ONLY externally as a poultice or added to a bath.
