Users are generally very satisfied, especially with how well it keeps drinks cold for several hours and how leakproof it is. They also praise its build quality, carry handle, and appearance, and many choose it for children and trips. However, some mention that the lid can break if dropped, the bottle can dent, and the opening is difficult for young children to use.
I've had it for almost a month, and as soon as it fell on the floor, the lid broke completely. I'm even looking for a replacement part, but can't find one.
I have been using the company’s products for years and have never had a problem, but this particular one is unacceptable. We’ve had it for 20 days as a second bottle, and on the third use it fell from my child’s hands from a height of less than one meter onto a playground mat, and the lid was completely destroyed. The water bottle was brand new and doesn’t even have a scratch.
It keeps the drink or water cold for quite a while.
My only complaint is that the first time it fell, it got dented.
Other than that, I’m satisfied.
Unfortunately, this thermos is the worst thing I have ever bought in terms of temperature retention. I had been using the previous model for the last 3 years on a daily basis, without a straw and with a metal lid. It was the best thing I had ever bought. It kept the water cold for many hours in a very hot environment.
This one, as I said, is TERRIBLE. It cannot keep cold water cold at all now in the summer. I keep it with the straw closed and when I want to drink I open it, and the temperature does not last any longer than a Jumbo thermos. Money wasted, really.
The only positive thing is the 800ml capacity and that it seems sturdy
The new collection is significantly improved, 2 levels up in quality, with a carrying handle, silicone base, and better UX overall. The best thermoses on the market
