Instructions for use: Clean and sterilize the teats before use and after each subsequent use. Sterilize using a NUK steam sterilizer or boil them for 5 minutes. Avoid cleaning the teats in a dishwasher, as detergents may damage them. Microwave sterilization may cause damage to the materials.

Shelf life: 4 years from the date of manufacture. Store in dry conditions at room temperature and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not immerse the teat in medicines or sweet substances. Do not use the teat as a pacifier. Always use this product under adult supervision. Always check the teats for signs of wear by stretching them in all directions—especially if the child has teeth. If they become sticky, visibly damaged, or show signs of wear, replace them. It is recommended to replace the teat every 1-2 months for safety and hygiene reasons.

For cleaning: Use NUK cleaner for bottles and accessories or a mild detergent and remove food residues. Rinse and boil the teats for a few minutes before the first use—5 minutes is sufficient—and after each subsequent use. You can also use a sterilizer following its instructions. Allow excess moisture to drain away. Do not clean the teats and bottles in a dishwasher, as dishwasher detergents may damage the materials. Some foods may stain the material or cause odors, but this does not affect usability. Do not use as a pacifier; prolonged use may cause tooth decay. Damage to teeth is also possible when providing non-sweet liquids. Do not immerse in sweet substances.
