The Boos Block 4-Cooks cutting board is made from North American hard maple, with the wood grain running lengthwise. Its reversible surface can be used on both sides, while the side grooves make it easier to grip and turn over. It has a chamfered edge and is pre-finished with Boos Blocks® Cream containing natural beeswax to protect against moisture.

The wooden surface is gentle on knife blades. It is made in Effingham, Illinois, USA, from timber sourced from renewable resources and is certified by the NHLA and USDA. To maintain it, regular treatment with Boos Block® Mystery Oil and Block Cream is recommended.
