Instructions for use:
Place the ice pack in the freezer for approximately 3-6 hours. Then, put the frozen ice packs on top of the food/drinks packed in the travel cooler/thermal bag. The cooling time lasts for up to approximately 12 hours.
Tips:
For better cooling, you can first line the bottom of the cooler/bag with ice packs, place the food, and then put more ice packs on top.
