Construction Material Adhesives

The Vinylester S-IRV 300ml chemical anchoring adhesive is styrene-free and includes 2 mixers. It is suitable for cracked and non-cracked concrete, with concrete classes ranging from C20/25 to C50/60. It is used in masonry materials with 13 types of materials according to ETA.

• Available diameters of metal rods: M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24, M27, M30
• Available diameters of reinforcement bars: Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø16, Ø20, Ø25, Ø32
• Drilling for resin installation: hammer drilling, dust-free drilling, diamond drilling
• Cleaning with traditional methods and with air pressure or water systems

Its lifespan is 50 and 100 years, and it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The characteristic load capacity for anchoring according to ETA is:

• S-IRV + Class 4.6 rods: from M8 15 kN up to M30 224 kN
• S-IRV + Class 8.8 rods: from M8 29 kN up to M30 449 kN

The temperature range of use without performance loss is from -40°C to +80°C, suitable for areas such as refrigerators or servers where high temperatures may be constant. It is compatible with a universal distributor.
