GREY ADHESIVE C2TE - SUPER ELASTIC

High elasticity adhesive material, suitable for the installation of all types of decorative tiles that are sensitive to the effects of grey cement, such as glass mosaics, pool mosaics, and natural stone mosaics. The glue can also be used for bonding tiles on drywall, underfloor heating floors, on properly prepared and dry waterproofing surfaces in shower cabins, terraces, balconies, and pools.

Approximate consumption:

• Tile up to 10 cm side, recess height 4 mm about 1.6–2.0 kg/m²
• Tile 20–25 cm side, recess height 6–8 mm about 3.0–4.0 kg/m²
• Tile over 30 cm side, recess height 8–12 mm about 4.0–6.0 kg/m²

Based on a temperature of +23°C (±2) and relative air humidity 50% (±5).

Application temperature (air and materials): from +5°C to +25°C

Composition: mixture of cement, mineral aggregates, and modifying agents.

Mixing ratio: approximately 6.25 – 6.75 liters of water per 25 kg of adhesive (approximately 0.25 – 0.27 liters of water per 1 kg of adhesive).

Maturation time: 5 minutes.

Working time: approximately 4 – 6 hours.

Open time: minimum 45 minutes.

Setting time: minimum 30 minutes.

Walkable after: approximately 24 hours.

Grouting time:

• Walls: 4 – 8 hours
• Floors: approximately 24 hours

Temperature resistance: –30°C to +70°C

Maximum mortar layer thickness: 10 mm

Adhesion: type C2TE (≥ 1 N/mm²)
