Biovita Coco Chips are made from natural pieces of coconut shell and can be used as ground cover, a drainage layer or an addition to soil mixes. They improve substrate aeration and permeability while retaining water and helping regulate moisture. They are suitable for orchids, exotic plants, and humid or semi-humid terrariums.
The chips are ready to use, resistant to mould and decay, and contain no peat, chemical additives or artificial fertilisers. To prepare a mix, use 5 L of chips per 25 L of soil.
