HYSOFIX 706 Cyanoacrylate Adhesive - 50g
HYSOFIX 706 is a new generation adhesive with triple distillation. It is an adhesive based on a modified methyl cyanoacrylate compound, designed for bonding a wide range of materials: metals, wood, porcelain, glass, ceramics, rubber, PVC (for bonding tarpaulins, banners) and other plastics, as well as combinations of these materials. The adhesive is suitable for bonding small parts and demonstrates good fatigue resistance, very high compressive and tensile strength.
Instructions for use: The parts to be bonded should be joined quickly, as the adhesive's working time is very short. Ambient moisture is generally sufficient to start curing within a few seconds and to achieve handling strength (full mechanical and chemical strength is achieved after 24 hours). The best results are achieved at relative humidity of 40-60%. To accelerate polymerization and curing, activators should be used. The curing speed is significantly affected by the bond gap size (the larger the gap, the slower the adhesive sets) and the type of materials being bonded.
