HysoFix PLAN 20 Adhesive - 120 ml
The HysoFix PLAN 20 adhesive is characterized by particularly good adhesion to highly plasticized PVC, as well as rigid PVC, polyurethanes, and many other materials. It can be successfully used without thermal activation.
Application: The HysoFix PLAN 20 adhesive is mainly intended for repairing vehicle covers coated with PVC, as well as for repairing PVC toys and similar products. It can also be used for repairing shoes with PVC or PU soles. It is easy to apply and provides a strong, flexible bond.
Instructions for use: The HysoFix PLAN 20 adhesive and the materials to be bonded should have a temperature not lower than 18°C. Stir the adhesive well before use. The materials must be dry and clean. Before bonding, sand the bonding surfaces with sandpaper, remove the dust, clean with acetone, and let dry. Apply a uniform thin layer of adhesive to both bonding surfaces. Allow to dry until it is no longer tacky to the touch. After drying, it is recommended to lightly heat one of the bonded surfaces, e.g., with warm air from a hairdryer at about 50°C, or bond both surfaces without heating by pressing them firmly together. Store the HysoFix PLAN 20 adhesive in tightly closed containers in a well-ventilated place away from heating devices, at temperatures between 5-30°C.
