The vibration is adequate and the audible alarm is quite loud (unfortunately, they cannot be used at the same time). The only downside is that it has only one alarm. The buttons feel excellent and respond immediately. Regarding the vibration, the strap needs to be relatively tight; the strap has (if I’m not mistaken) more holes so that it can be fastened in the right position for the wearer to feel the vibration.
