Olympus Single Mouthguard

The Olympus Single mouthguard consists of a layer of vinyl approved for oral hygiene. It is semi-rigid for proper protection and fit.

Instructions for use:

• Fill a container with water.
• Bring the water to a boiling point.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Let the water cool for 45 seconds, place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
• Do not exceed the heating time.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under running water for one second to wear it comfortably.
• Carefully place the mouthguard on the upper teeth.
• Bite firmly, suck strongly and use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard onto the teeth and gums through your lips and cheeks (continue for 20 seconds).
• Remove the mouthguard and let it cool under running water for 30 seconds.
• Reposition it in the mouth to test the fit.

Warning: Do not chew the mouthguard to avoid losing its fit and durability.
