Olympus Double Mouthguard

The Olympus mouthguard is made from a layer of vinyl approved for oral hygiene. It is semi-rigid, providing proper protection and fit.

Instructions for use:

• Fill a container with water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Let the water cool for 45 seconds.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds. Do not exceed the heating time.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under running water for one second to allow comfortable fitting.
• Place the mouthguard on the upper teeth. Bite firmly, suck strongly, and use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against your teeth and gums.
• Continue for 20 seconds.
• Remove the mouthguard and let it cool under running water for 30 seconds.
• Reinsert it into your mouth to test the fit.

Caution: Do not chew the mouthguard to avoid losing its fit and durability.
