The Olympus Single mouthguard consists of a layer of vinyl safe for oral hygiene. It is semi-rigid, offering proper protection and fit.

Placement Instructions:

• Fill a container with water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source and let it cool for 45 seconds.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds, without exceeding the heating time.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under a faucet for one second for comfortable fitting.
• Carefully place the mouthguard on the upper teeth, bite firmly, suck strongly, and use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against the teeth and gums.
• Remove the mouthguard and let it cool under the faucet for 30 seconds.
• Reposition it in the mouth to test its fit.

Warning: Do not chew the mouthguard to avoid losing its fit and durability.
