The Steinberg Systems cooking oil analyzer provides a quick and reliable indication of whether the frying oil is still good for use. The color indicators show the oil’s condition: green means the oil is fresh, yellow means the quality is still acceptable, and red means the oil should be replaced.
The LCD screen displays the TPM value in percentages as well as the temperature in °C. Its operation is simple: the sensor is inserted into the oil and the analyzer starts the analysis process. In less than 30 seconds, a reliable result is obtained, allowing timely oil replacement. The temperature measurement range is from 40 to 200 °C, enabling monitoring of the optimal frying point.
The device features high accuracy of ±1.5°C for temperature and ±2% for the TPM value. It is made of high-quality materials, resistant to shocks and heat, with IP68 certification for waterproof protection.
