The non-stick carbon steel baking tray from the MasterClass brand is ideal for making biscuits, cookies, and gingerbread. It features double non-stick coating, corrosion-resistant, which makes it easy to remove baked goods from the tray.
The double Quantum II coating allows cakes, bread, and meringues to slide out easily, while the warm air trapped between the two layers ensures even heat distribution, preventing hot spots.
The tray can be safely used in an oven up to 220°C and does not contain PTFE or PFOA. It is suitable for use in the oven, refrigerator, and freezer, and can be washed in the dishwasher.
