Tray from de Buyer, made of thick steel, with dimensions 34.3 × 26.2 × 0.4 cm (length x width x thickness). Ideal for baking 12 mini savarins, mini baba, or donuts. The molds of the tray are designed to optimize hot air circulation. Thanks to the steel, the tray heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, allowing juices to caramelize and deliver excellent results.
It is very practical and functional, coated with a non-stick layer free of PFOA or PTFE, preventing cakes from sticking. This coating protects against oxidation and facilitates the cleaning process of the tray. It is recommended to grease the tray before each use.
The maximum baking temperature in a conventional oven is 220 °C. Use in a microwave oven is prohibited. Do not use metal objects to handle the tray. Care: wash the tray by hand with a non-abrasive sponge and avoid using a dishwasher.
