This pan features a very thick base, up to 9 mm thick, which stores more energy and does not overheat easily. The base of the pan does not deform over time, even under extreme temperatures.

The Lotan® non-stick coating ensures easy cleaning and antibacterial action, offering all the advantages of a classic non-stick coating without PFOA.

The ergonomic handles withstand temperatures up to 240°C and make it possible to gratinate without changing the dish. The pan is dishwasher safe and suitable for all cooktops, including induction hobs.
