Set of 3 "Classic" bowls, made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass, by the brand Pyrex.
Bowls suitable for folding in cake creams or for quickly melting chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Resistance to extreme temperatures: -40°C to +350°C.
- Thermal shock resistance: up to 240°C, allowing the glass to be transferred from the freezer at -20°C directly into an oven at 220°C.
- Hygienic material: does not retain stains or odors.
