Reversible grill plate, GN 1/1, by AMT Gastroguss, measuring 53 x 33 cm and 2 cm in height, made of aluminum with Lotan® non-stick coating. Made in Germany, AMT Gastroguss products are crafted from handmade aluminum.

  • Handmade aluminum: Longer curing time that prevents material stress.
  • Uniform casting: Fewer air bubbles compared to machine casting.
  • Thick base: Up to 9 mm thick, which stores more energy and does not overheat easily.
  • Durability: The base does not deform over time, even under extreme thermal fluctuations.
  • Sandblasting: Increases the adhesion surface of the coating layers.
  • Layers: Includes titanium oxide, anti-corrosion, a middle layer with ceramic particles, and a Lotan® non-stick surface layer.
  • Non-stick and antibacterial action: Easy cleaning without PFOA content.
  • Cleaning: Dishwasher safe.
