The flexible madeleine mold, with 8 compartments, from the "Elastomoule" series by the Buyer brand, is suitable for making delicious and fluffy cakes.
The mold is made of silicone with metal powder, resistant to temperatures between -70°C and +300°C, and offers excellent thermal conductivity. Thanks to its material, cakes do not stick to the surface and, due to its elasticity, they are easy to remove.
The mold can be used in both a conventional oven and a bain-marie. It is recommended to use grease during baking. It is advisable to place the mold on a perforated baking tray before placing it in the oven.
