Lid from the AMT brand, measuring 38 x 24 cm and 4 cm in height, made of cast aluminum. The lid is multipurpose and can also be used as a baking tray, with a capacity of 3 l.
Its construction from aluminum, based on Gastroguss products, features a special surface that increases the adhesion of coatings applied to it. The first layer is titanium oxide, which is fired at 20,000 °C, providing high hardness. It is followed by layers such as the anti-corrosion layer, the intermediate layer with ceramic particles, and the non-stick surface layer known as Lotan®.
The Lotan non-stick layer provides anti-adhesive properties that facilitate cleaning and also offers antibacterial action. It is PFOA-free and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
The lid withstands temperatures up to 240°C in the oven and fits the AMT tray with code 93824A.
