The Nurs Lokman Hekim herbal blend combines rosemary, heather, tea, sage, mate, senna and thyme leaves with fennel seeds, rosehip fruits, ginseng root and chamomile flowers. It contains caffeine and is intended to promote relaxation and sleep.
To prepare, steep one sachet in 250 ml of boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
