The Delta CS-R7-80H is a CCTV tester and optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR), designed for installing, commissioning and testing CCTV systems and fiber-optic networks. It supports AHD, HD-CVI, HD-TVI, TCP/IP and CVBS, with H.265, H.264 and MJPEG image compression. It also features a digital multimeter and runs Android 9.
