RedLine Recover kinesiology tape supports muscles and joints and is intended for single use. It is used in physiotherapy for pain relief, orthopaedic, neurological and post-operative purposes, as well as in sports physiotherapy. When applied correctly to the skin, it supports the selected area, helps relieve muscle tension and may help reduce the sensation of pain.
The waterproof material allows it to be worn during everyday activities. The tape is cut to the length required for the area and application technique. Before application, clean and dry the skin thoroughly, as cream, oil or sweat may reduce adhesion. Secure the ends without tension and gently smooth the surface to activate the adhesive. One application can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on the method, application area and skin reaction.
