Redline Recover kinesiology tape supports muscles and joints and is used in pain management, orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative and sports physiotherapy. When applied correctly to the skin, it supports the area, helps relieve muscle tension and may help reduce the sensation of pain. It can be cut to the length required for the area and application technique.
It can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on the method, the area and the skin’s reaction. Before application, the skin should be clean and completely dry, as cream, oil or sweat may reduce adhesion. The ends of the tape should be secured without tension, and its surface smoothed gently. The corners can be rounded for better adhesion.
