The knives feature blades made of Japanese stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to sharpen. The ergonomic handles with Softouch material provide hygiene and comfort, allowing various grip styles during use and finger protection for added safety.

The original design makes use easy even when the knives are under hanging cabinets. Air circulates through the slots of the block, helping the knife blades dry quickly.

The uniqueness includes the "pocket" for small knives, which has an additional slot for scissors. The sharpening angle is 26+/-2 degrees. To maintain this angle, it is recommended to use the Fiskars knife sharpener.
