Apply an amount roughly the size of two walnuts to damp hair, focusing especially from the mid-lengths to the ends. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes and for better absorption, you can wrap your hair with a warm towel. Finally, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and retain all the nutrients the mask provides.
