Tytan construction adhesive is a one-component polyurethane foam adhesive applied using a tube, with an initial bond time of 60 seconds for lightweight elements. For heavy elements, the initial bond is achieved in 120 seconds. It is used to bond construction materials such as OSB, MDF and HDF, plasterboard, aerated concrete elements and silicate blocks.
It is also suitable for window sills, stairs, decorative elements, skirting boards, expanded polystyrene and mineral wool. Application using a tube makes precise use easier. Full curing takes 24 hours, while mechanical fastening requires at least 2 hours.
