Made of platinum-cured silicone resistant to temperatures between -40 °C and +280 °C, the mold provides excellent cold and heat conductivity. Its material helps prevent sticking when removing the cakes, while its elasticity facilitates their release.
The flexible mold can be used in a conventional oven, microwave oven, and bain-marie. It is recommended to place it on a perforated tray before use in the oven. The product is preferably cleaned only by hand.
