The hair removal process requires following specific instructions:

1. Place the heater on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
2. Make sure the heater switch is in the OFF position and plug it into the socket.
3. Pour the desired amount of wax into the heater container and close the lid.
4. Set the heater to the maximum temperature and heat the wax until it becomes completely liquid, keeping it at medium temperature.
5. Check the consistency; the wax is ready when it becomes creamy.
6. Test the wax temperature on a small area of skin to avoid burns.
7. Clean the skin with SensoPRO Milano Pre-Wax Lotion and make sure it is completely dry.
8. Use a spatula to apply the wax in the direction of hair growth.
9. Wait a few seconds for the wax to set and remove quickly against the direction of hair growth.
10. Apply the Post-Waxing Oil to remove wax residue and reduce redness.
