Rolled Ribbon pasta is made with 5 eggs per kilogram of flour. This egg pasta is prepared based on traditional recipes – its taste reminds one of childhood. Thanks to the addition of hard rye, it is more nutritious. It contains many nutrients such as lutein, B vitamins, potassium, iron, and folic acid. Additionally, hard rye has a lower glycemic index, making this pasta popular among diabetics and those following a healthy lifestyle.

The addition of eggs and nutritious wheat makes meals with egg pasta very filling. In summer it can be eaten cold with seasonal vegetables or fruits, while on cold days, it is recommended to add warm, hearty sauces and soup. Notably, Italian premium pastas are made from hard wheat. This type of pasta absorbs less water and has better sauce adherence. No other sauce will slip off the pasta!
