The X-ium Classic R-skin Stiff is a ski, designed for experienced skiers and racers, that excels in a wide range of conditions thanks to its versatility and responsiveness. The construction, stiffness, and camber of this ski are adapted for heavier weights, which is why it is labeled as Stiff. The lightweight construction, with a Nomex® Honeycomb core and poplar wood sidewalls, and an extra-thin tip profile (R-Tip), provides ideal energy transfer and power while keeping the ski weight low. The Activ Cap active tip enhances the ski’s stability. The ski is stiffer in torsion, offers good grip on the snow, and excellent glide. The skis are equipped with high-quality mohair skins, designed mainly for good glide in all snow conditions without the need for wax. The R-skin strip can be easily replaced after wear (approximately 1000-1500 km). The Integrated Pad and Binding System is used for binding installation. The IFP (Integrated Fixation Plate) is integrated into the ski and is compatible with various types of TURNAMIC® bindings. This binding system does not restrict the ski’s flexibility and allows for ideal power transfer. The bindings can be easily moved forward and backward on the plate, allowing the ski to adapt to changing snow conditions or the skier’s preferences.
