Deep frying pan with 3 compartments, 32 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height, made of aluminum with Lotan® non-stick coating and manufactured in Germany.

This is a hand-made cast aluminum product produced by specialized craftsmen. Its base has a thickness of up to 9 mm and remains uniform over time, withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations.

The aluminum first receives a layer of titanium oxide, followed by a base and middle layer with ceramic particles, before the top Lotan® non-stick layer, which does not contain PFOA.

The handles withstand temperatures up to 240 °C, allowing gratinating immediately after frying. The ergonomic handles have been developed with the help of the German National Cooking Team.

The product is dishwasher safe and compatible with all hobs, including induction hobs.
