AMT Gastroguss cookware structure

The Wok pan, from the brand AMT Gastroguss, has a diameter of 32 cm and a height of 11 cm, made of aluminum with a Lotan® non-stick coating. The pan is made in Germany.

Its structure includes a very thick base, up to 9 mm thick, which stores more energy. The base does not deform over time, even with extreme temperature fluctuations. In addition, the aluminum is sandblasted to increase the adhesion surface of the layers 12-fold.

The Lotan® non-stick coating offers excellent non-stick properties and antibacterial action, without PFOA. The handles withstand temperatures up to 240°C, allowing food to be gratinated on the stovetop.

The pan is dishwasher safe and compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
