Wok Pan with a diameter of 32 cm, height 10 cm, made of aluminum, with Lotan® non-stick coating, German-made product, by AMT Gastroguss.

Made from handcrafted aluminum, the advantages include:

  • Longer hardening time that prevents material stress.
  • Homogeneous casting.
  • Development of fewer air bubbles in the material.

AMT Gastroguss cookware features a very thick base, up to 9 mm thick, storing more energy and not overheating easily. Its base does not deform over time, even under extreme temperatures.

The aluminum under Gastroguss products is sandblasted, achieving a 12-fold increase in the adhesive surface of the layers. The surface includes Lotan® non-stick coating, which offers non-stick properties and antibacterial action, without PFOA.

The handles of the cookware withstand temperatures up to 240°C, allowing gratinating immediately after frying on the hob, without changing cookware. They were developed with the help of the German National Culinary Team.

The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher and can be used on all stovetops, including induction hobs.
