The 7.5KW 380V 150kg/h pellet and animal feed production machine, Micul Fermier GF-2190, is designed for processing wood or finely chopped plant residues in order to produce solid biofuels in the form of pellets for supplying heating systems that operate with this type of fuel. These raw materials, called agro-pellets, are available in large quantities both in Romania and worldwide, are quickly renewable, and their collection does not cause natural imbalances. Pellet production is easy, ecological, and environmentally friendly.
The machine includes a 7.5kW three-phase asynchronous electric motor, which drives a pair of pressure rollers through a gearbox designed for pressing machines with a high torque transmission ratio. With this dual action, not only is the raw material well compressed, but it is also effectively mixed. Thanks to the durable shaft, it can easily withstand the high force generated by pressing hard wood and similar materials. The working speed, the amount of raw material it can process (approximately 150 kg of pellets per hour), the sleek design, and the extremely durable materials make this product a perfect aid in any business, farm, or household.
