Instructions for using the pneumatic plastering machine:

• Any type of mortar based on cement, water, sand, lime, and gypsum with medium grain size (2-5 millimeters) can be used.
• Mix the desired mortar until homogeneous. It is not necessary to add water to soften the mortar. Follow the mortar recipe on the manufacturer’s bag.
• Wash the machine in a container with water to moisten the hopper and facilitate mortar flow. Do this repeatedly every 10-12 loads to rinse the hopper and prevent the mortar from drying.
• When working with a nozzle for applying the scratch coat (the spray applied before plastering), use normal mortar or one slightly diluted with 5% water. The machine is not intended for use with "cement milk".
• After use, rinse the machine properly under running water, not just by flooding it.
• Always apply the scratch coat first with one nozzle and then the mortar with the other nozzles. Do not apply mortar directly onto bare brick.
• It is completely normal for the nozzles to clog initially until the internal circuit is cleaned.
• Store the pneumatic plastering machine with the nozzles facing downwards to drain the water.
