The dish is made from a special ceramic HR® (High Resistance), with high thermal resistance up to 270°C. This feature ensures it withstands thermal shocks, enabling its use from the very low temperatures of the refrigerator to the oven.
Uniform heat distribution and efficient baking are possible thanks to its specially treated material. The dish can also be used in the microwave and is suitable for freezing. It is easy to clean, as it can be washed in the dishwasher.
