The HR® ceramic (High Resistance) - developed in Emile Henry’s laboratories - withstands temperatures up to 270 °C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the tart pan. The glaze used for finishing the product protects it from scratches and peeling, making it dishwasher safe.
