Rectangular tray with micro-perforations and sloped edges, made of hard aluminum, without a non-stick coating, measuring 40 x 30 cm and with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The tray is ideal for baking mini pies and other small baked goods such as cakes, galette, and quiche.
Main features:
- Micro-perforation with a diameter of 3 mm, for excellent circulation of hot and cold air and even baking.
- Suitable for use in convection ovens.
The tray is perfectly compatible with silicone baking sheets and can be used in combination with silicone sheets or molds.
Usage notes:

- Do not heat or place the tray empty in the oven.
