The De Buyer perforated baking tray is round and made of aluminium, ideal for baking pizza and Flammkuchen. Its perforated surface allows air to circulate and heat to distribute evenly, while making it easier to slide a spatula under the pizza when handling it.
It can also be used for baking shortbread and puff pastry, as well as for cooling, freezing and blast freezing. The tray is not dishwasher safe.
